This experience sparked my interest in recruitment, eventually guiding me to a role as a talent acquisition coordinator at BetterCloud. From there, I made my way up the ranks before moving into sales. It’s been an unconventional path—but one I wouldn’t change for the world.

My previous role at a much larger company left me yearning for a true start-up experience. Joining a company with nearly 200 employees gave me some FOMO that I wasn’t there right at the beginning of its journey. Having the chance to join a company that’s under a year into its journey is a rare opportunity I couldn’t pass up.
