Really Fun Prize Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor and Administrator

Sponsor: Iris AI Technologies, Inc., 500 7th Avenue, New York, NY 10018.
Administrator: Same as Sponsor.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins October 6, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends November 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entries must be submitted by an individual, not a company or organization. Entries submitted on behalf of a business entity will be void.

4. How to Enter

You may enter once (1) during the Sweepstakes Period.

To enter, schedule a demo of Iris Pro and complete your first RFP using Iris Pro during the Sweepstakes Period. Completion will be verified by Sponsor’s internal usage records.

No other entry methods are permitted. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or generated by automated means are void.

5. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

One (1) Grand Prize: A two-night cabin weekend getaway in the Catskills for the winner and up to five (5) guests, scheduled for January 9–11, 2026.

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,219.
• Travel expenses are not included.
• Lodging only. The specific property, occupancy limits, check-in/check-out times, and house rules will be provided by Sponsor or its prize provider. Winner and guests must comply with all property terms and conditions.

Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any costs not specifically listed here, including transportation, meals, and incidental expenses. All guests must be 21 years of age or older. The winner is responsible for the conduct of all guests and for any damages that occur during the stay. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. The winner may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on or about December 6, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email using the contact information provided at entry. Winner must respond within 48 hours of notification and may be required to complete and return an Eligibility Affidavit, Liability Release, and, where permitted, a Publicity Release within five (5) days. Failure to respond or complete the required documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical or human error. Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules. If the Sweepstakes is compromised for any reason beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes and select a winner from all eligible entries received prior to the action. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay, cancellation, or change in the prize or event due to weather, natural disaster, or any event beyond Sponsor’s control.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or receipt or use of any prize. In no event will Sponsor be liable for attorneys’ fees, punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

10. Publicity

Where lawful, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or notification.

11. Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.

12. Privacy

Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at [insert URL], and will be used solely to administer the Sweepstakes.

13. Winner List and Rules Requests

For the winner’s first initial, last name, and city, or for a copy of these Rules, send a written request to:
